My apartment was beautiful close to the night markets as well as a shop nearby. It was wonderful smack in the middle of Old Quarter.

excellent apartment with everything you need just next door to hanoi old quarter as well as the center of the old town. staff is affable and best. there's exceptionally comfortable beds along with hypoallergenic pillows. the design is modern. amazing experience overall, would love to stay here again.

The location is mind-blowing, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and the lake just a short walk away. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was fantastic. The room itself is compact but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Checking in and out was a breeze, with the staff providing excellent service. The hotel also arranged airport pickup, which was very convenient. a jaw-dropping experience and we would definitely stay here again!

As a happy guest at Centraltique Downtown, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, the family who runs the place made me feel like part of their own. They provided excellent recommendations for local shops and food, and their hospitality was outstanding. The location was perfect, with easy access to the best pho and banh mi stalls, as well as all the main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was even more comfortable than my own at home. The value for the price was unbeatable, and I would definitely stay here again.

The building is a beautiful colonial house in a perfect location to explore the old quartier. Everything there has been renovated with really good taste, and the staff working there is extremely nice and makes you feel at home since the beginning. The room is comfortable, with nice decor and clean. The location is great for exploring the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the French Quarter. The staff is super welcoming and helpful. They also organize day trips to Ninh Binh Province.

We had a fantastic stay at Centraltique! As a family-run business, they took great pride in their hotel and guests. From organizing tours to providing helpful advice, nothing was too much trouble. Even when our pre-booked accommodation fell through, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The staff was truly amazing, and the tastefully appointed rooms in the colonial style were a delight. With a superb location in Hanoi's Old Quarter and amazing food stalls nearby, we couldn't ask for more.
